Fire and Steel Anmeldelser 

Ordered two prop swords and ended up owing $184 in duties and fees if I wanted my items. For reference I paid $400 for both and had I known this is the kind of scalping our shit government is responsible for I wouldn’t have bought anything from them. While the US is responsible for the duties the merchant made zero attempt to determine the fees and are happy to leave it as a surprise “screw you” to their paying customers. Furthermore for any refused deliveries or returns due to these surprise fees they charge a return fee, 10% restocking fee, AND shipping to ensure they make some money off screwing you. I will not be purchasing from them ever again and encourage everyone else in the US to as well. Our government has crossed a line and it sickens me that so many people endorse it.

Received wrong edition
I ordered a tomahawk edition 1, as I was looking at the pictures there was no disclosure of which pictures belonged to what edition. When I was on the picture I liked and clicked on the 2nd edition, the website scrolled towards the picture of the edition I didn’t like and want. Therefor I assumed that the picture and edition I didn’t like belonged to edition 2, however turns out that, that was in fact edition 1. The disclosure of the different edition should’ve been written on the pictures so people could tell and wouldn’t order and receive the wrong edition.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Fire and Steel. From the start, their communication was quick, friendly, and very professional.

Importing katanas can be complicated, but they walked me through everything step-by-step — explaining the required forms and what information I needed to provide. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

On top of that, the products themselves are fantastic. It’s rare to find a company that combines high-quality items with such excellent customer support.

They absolutely deserve five stars — I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
