Over the past 30 years, we have personally participated in and closed almost 1,000 transactions as a real estate appraiser, mortgage broker, real estate investor and real estate broker. We have helped buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership and sellers fulfill their goals while maximizing their liquidation of equity. Managing a real estate transaction requires knowledge of the market, valuation techniques, skill with contracts, disclosures and addendum while understanding the many real estate laws and their constant changes! Further, there are many steps to the ever-changing process and having an experienced team looking out for your best interests is critical to having a smooth transaction. There are many details that, if over-looked, can easily make or break a deal. Further, there are many areas that can cause a delay!
