Finlock Removals Anmeldelser

The removal job itself was of a very high standard but we had some unexpected issues that were ultimately resolved. Make sure you get a date for the waste to be removed otherwise it will be there weeks!

So happy with the work.

We had the guttering replaced by these guys recently, great from start to finish.
They held my hand throughout the whole experience, the work was done quickly and to a great standard and all waste and scaffolding was gone in a few days.
Can’t fault them at all

Exactly three weeks ago today 20th/08 i had replacement gutters installed by this company , as did my neighbours, the following day .The 2 guys that did the work were amazing and their work cannot be faulted. Sadly the company's customer service, after payment was made, does not warrant a glowing report . The rubbish accumulated from the work is still sitting on the front of our properties,in huge biffa bags . Phone calls, unanswered and messages left are just ignored ,and on the 2 occasions i have spoken to someone ,i have been fobbed off with lame excuses and empty promises . I have held back form giving this bad review in the hope that someone would have the good grace to resolve this matter and the good manners to contact me . Now i have a feeling i shall be taking advice on breach of contract

To start with everything was great. Felt sorry for the two guys doing the work as it started raining hard while they were working. They left and all was fine.
Then it poured down the day later. We had rain pouring through the window frame inside our bedroom.
Called them and was told they would get someone out. Didn't turn up and was told they went to the wrong address. Was told then that someone would come out on the Saturday but no one showed.
They don't return calls or just don't answer the phone or e-mails or they just fob you off.
We had rain coming in all weekend ruining our wallpaper.
Tried to call again on the Monday . No reply.
On the next Tuesday they turn up at 7.45 . They did not contact us to let us know they were coming.
The whole episode was very stressful for myself and my husband who had to go to the doctors because of it.
We have lots of photos.
Would not recommend them to anyone.
No customer service or compassion at all.
Very unprofessional.

Used finlock for a removal and new guttering installed. Great company! Helpful throughout the process answering all questions needed. Process was effortless and did a fantastic job would definitely recommend

Finlock we're very efficient and once speaking with gentlemen from sales team we arranged a price for the removal of old concrete guttering and replaced with new chosen guttering which was installed on time and very swift. Installers were polite and all rubbish left over was removed as agreed shortly after work was complete.

Very happy with entire service and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company, repaired failed guttering and cleared up all in a day, completed the work using Easy Deck which meant no scaffolding, even though we had a conservatory. Very happy with the result and left the place clean and tidy. Special mention for the communication with the team on the phones as they were very helpful and understanding of my nan's living situation which caused delays to the work.

It is a year on now since we had Finlock to do our concert guttering modification and I must say it is one of the best things we done to the house. It not only stopped all the damp problems it also made the house look nice and lots of people in the village commented on that. In fact after my house was done at least four other homes had it done too.
Great job, solved the damp problems, great price, work done very well and in good time. A well organised team.

Finlock were professional, and did what they had committed to do in a timely manner. The workers on site were no trouble (although the scaffolders (local I expect) were pretty rough). The work was completed as expected, and the new gutters look good. We would have liked leaf covers for the open pipes facing upwards, but apparently there isn't a demand for these, and they're not included. We bought our own for a few quid. Overall, pretty pleased.

Finlock removals was brilliant. The staff member I spoke to on the phone (forget his name) was really friendly, taking the time to explain to me what needed to be done and what services could be offered to me, especially since it was my first time having my gutters done in the uk. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the tradesmen were professional and efficient. A few months have passed now and my guttering is holding up well - could not be more pleased! Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish completely transformed the look of our bungalow. Workmen brilliant clean polite and professional
Have recommended to several locals who commented on the look only solution to gutter leaks completely cleared our damp issues
Thanks

Communication was great. Price came under any of the local companies. Improved the look of the house. Always getting compliments on the guttering and people admiring the quality of the job.

Fantastic job by this company, the lads did amazing job of removing old concrete gutters and replacing with new upvc, stopped damp in back bedroom makes house look much better, cleaned all the mess up,
Would recommend this company

Finlock did an incredible job of removing our 1950s in wall concrete guttering and replacing it with new guttering. Job was well managed and very tidy. The site was left immaculate. Very happy.

The removal of the failed concrete gutter system was completed to a good standard and the property looks a lot better with the new gutters, Finlock removals were easy the deal with and scheduled the work very quickly.
Removal of all waste was carried out and the house left tidy.

The quality and speed of the gutter replacement was impressive and caused very little disruption. Have had the gutters on now for some six months and am happy to say that an internal issue with damp has been resolved with no other problems occurring.

A great job all round from start to finish. The lads worked very hard in some extreme heat last summer. The house looks so much nicer with the new pvc gutters. I would highly recommend this company.

Great prompt service. The lads had my old gutters removed and new ones in place in no time.
