They need to stop reeling in customers with false advertising and taking payments, and not providing customers with the items ordered but substituting cheap items that are in any way like the items ordered. No place to return unwanted items shipped and offer tiny refunds. You will lose 95percent of your purchase price. Or you may lose it all. Buyer beware!! Don't get scammed!!!

Ordered a trolley jack from Tranquillity warehouse never received it and they stopped answer emails so they are a scam people need to be warned how do I report them

Very disappointed. Bought and paid for rode on mower order # 4276, on June 5, 2023 at 8.14pm, recieved tracking info and hey guess what! Couldn't track it and it never arrived!

A very fast delivery and well wrapped package

After confirmation of payment AND confirmation of dispatch nothing arrived for 2 weeks. I send an email to find out what happened and it seemed that nothing was ever send. But payment went through. Could get it send but with potential additional payment of customs. ‘Out of their control’. Not impressed and too late for the birthday it was meant for. Waiting for reimbursement now

Absolutely rubbish service. The ring I purchased was too big so I figured out their complicated returns process (completely hidden by the way), returned the ring and then silence. Now when questioned they claim they have no record of a return. Shambolic. Do not trust these clowns.

I still have not received my rings nor had any communication as to when I might receive them.
UPDATE: Despite ordering rings in June after chasing Tranquility I was told they had been out of stock since May. As such they had use of my money for 3 weeks and did not contact me to say there was a problem.
Money has now been returned to me but without an apology

Still waiting for delivery after 5 working days, no correspondence.

7 days after I placed my order, it still had not been despatched! When I emailed, the rings were immediately sent but I received no communication other than a despatch notification. When my rings did arrive one was far too big (despite following the sizing guidelines) and the other was the wrong item. There was no return address on the delivery/return form. I have now emailed twice to ask for an address to return my items to but have not received a reply ☹️
I'm really disappointed, I really wanted to like this company but they fall far short of their trustpilot rating!
