Big scam

SCAMMER. I Paied 2$ for the 7 days trial. After just after to be sure to note forget I went on the website to unsubcribe, well you cannot you have to wait 2 days. That a tehcnic for you to forget you had a subscription. After 2 days I did unsubscribe but suprisingly after 7 days I got 55$ takken from them. Fortunatly my bank block it. I went on the website and what a surprice to see a new subscription on my credit cart without telling me. Also i sent them an email to delet my account but obviously no answer. Impossible to speak to someone on the chat. No phone number

They were able to helps me get a refund…

They were able to helps me get a refund for the subscription after I had accidentally somehow subscribed to it , and couldn’t afford it so they went out of their way to accommodate me and refund me my $55 as requested, even tho it wasn’t necessary as I should have read the agreement before subscribing so that was nice and that’s how customer service should be! I’m happy with my experience.

Good customer support

The customer support did a great job. They resolved my issue in 24 hours which is admirable considering how much they have to deal with everyday.
