Fairly positive. Products are good quality and extremely good range. They have a responsive team reachable on their phone line but they are very slow. Not sure it's drop shipping. I got a sense it might have taken a month if I didn't get them to hurry up . I'll shop there again but don't expect fast shipping and don't take their shipping times too seriously.

On the shipping side: we carry a large amount of stock in our own warehouse, and those orders normally are dispatched to our customers within one to three days. Our range is bigger than any warehouse can hold, so anything we don't have on the shelf has to be ordered in from our supplier, delivered to us, and then sent out to you. That's what might adds the extra days. When we process an order and see it might take longer, we contact the customer with a timeframe so they can decide whether to wait or cancel.
On rare occasions a restock date moves after that and the order runs past what we told them, which sounds like what happened here, and it's not the experience we want anyone to have.
As this was an organic review, we don’t have an order number linked to it, so unfortunately we can’t look into the exact circumstances of your order. If you can send us the order number at info@findalight.com, we'll look at exactly what happened with yours. We try to give the kind of service we'd want to receive ourselves, so the feedback is very useful, and most importantly we're glad you'd shop with us again.

Excellent Service from Find a Light Ireland …
I bought some shades and fittings from Find a Light Ireland recently and found the service and items they provided to be very good. The lady I ordered from was friendly and very efficient. When I neglected to specify whether I wanted bright or warm light bulbs for one room, having failed in her efforts to contacted me (my fault), the lady in the office took, what she termed ‘an executive decision’ and included the bulbs which she gathered from our conversation would suit my room best. She was spot on! The items were very safely packed. They arrived safely and efficiently by courier in a very timely manner. If I need lights again I will definitely look to this company because of their excellent and personable service and courtesy. Well done to all involved.

Great company to deal with, they were very helpful when I realised I ordered the wrong size light. I was able to return the light and order the new one, without any issues at all.

Good value, excellent service.
We ordered a floor lamp that had style, was well-priced and arrived promptly. There was a broken part, Find A Light customer service responded immediately, and a replacement part was quickly dispatched. This was a very good experience !

Good experience
The lights arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Communication was quick and clear throughout the process. Only the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but overall a very good experience.
