Submitted all paperwork in Oct. of 2023. I have tried to call and email multiple times since then. It's now April of 2024 and I still cannot get a response from anyone. I've also tried calling the number on the site and it doesn't exist.
Financial Match helped me and my company get the $900k+ we needed! 2020 and 2021 was so hard for me, my family, my business and all 16 of my employees. I run an HVAC company and we grew very quickly the few years before the pandemic. Then, when the ERC program was passed, I was really grateful, but the application was impossible. I filled it out, or tried to, about three different times, but it never got completed.
