I have worked with Matt Winder at First Point for the last 4 years for our medical and life insurances. He is great to work with, easy to chat to and has great communication. My association with First Point is through Mr. Matt Winder, for over 6 years now. Matt is a very solid insurance professional and he is very client centric. He makes all the efforts to understand his clients’ needs and advises solutions that are most relevant to their needs and situations. He patiently discusses the options and outlines the pros vs cons. Just wanted to thank Peter Roberts for his advice on our claim we did not even know that we had critical cover and his advice and expertise made us put a claim in and it had come through with the full amount without Peters advice we would have never know that we could of claimed.

Mia contacted me in the Summer making enquiries about my policy. I advised that I did not wish to update the same as, since taking out the policy, I had been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and I did not want my premium to go up.
Mia contacted me a very short while later and advised that, under my policy, my condition was a critical illness and that I may be able to make a claim under my policy.
I made the call and after a few months I did indeed receive a payout.
I really appreciate Mia taking the time to call me back and advise me that I may be entitled to some money and my premium remains as it was.
