Sympathetic yet highly professional service
I phoned Financiable at a difficult time for me and the person I spoke to, Joe, was very sympathetic and tactful. He was also knowledgeable and, most importantly, really listened to what I was saying. It was very different from the usual 'call centre ' experience where you talk to someone who's obviously reading off a script and is in a hurry to end the call so they can take the next call.

Prompt call back and arrangements to talk at a time that suited me. Friendly and knowledgeable initial advice about connecting me to the right Financial Services professional to suit my requirements. Appointment with the Financial Advisor was arranged promptly and again, at a time/date and place that suited me best. Excellent customer service which is sadly a rarity nowadays. Highly recommend.
