Richard spent almost 2 years tenaciously pursuing a mortgage for me. The banks were a huge hinderance however his persistence finally got things completed.

Lee was quick to respond to any queries we had, and explained all processes so that it was easy to understand and follow. Made applying for a mortgage so simple, would absolutely recommend!

He was always so willing to answer my many questions to ensure that I fully understood the process. No question ever felt like a silly question and he demonstrated so much patience as my husband and I tried to understand this new world of everything ‘mortgage’! He was always at the end of a Zoom call or email. Lee also helped up set up our life insurance, critical illness cover and contents insurance for our home. Katherine was fantastic throughout the process. Our case wasn’t straight forward as refinancing high renovation debt but this didn’t faze Katherine. She found us a great deal. Communication was great always replied quickly and chased on our behalf without needing prompting. Definitely be using her services again when our mortgage is up for renewal.
