Parcel arrived with one part damaged. I contacted filstorage and received a very apologetic email with assurance that a replacement part would be sent. I received the part 2 days later. I have built half the cupboard so far and it seems reasonably sturdy.

Quick delivery and excellent product

I placed an order on December 18th and was informed it would arrive by December 23rd. Unfortunately, there has been no update or confirmation email about the delivery status, and I'm eagerly awaiting information on when to expect it.

Box came with a cracked drawer and received a new one and when fitting to van it cracked in 5 different places including the drawer slitting after a couple days I would highly recommend nobody buys this item as it is a complete waste of money, far too fragile and costs far too much

Order made 18th December told would be here by 23rd December still nothing arrived or email confirming when it will arrive still waiting for delivery or expected delivery date??

I wholeheartedly recommend shopping at Filstorage. While assembling the wardrobe (looks solid so far), a small accident happened and one part cracked. After contacting the company’s representatives, I received immediate assistance, and the damaged piece will be sent to me via express delivery. Excellent service!

Products was damaged. The exit box was I damaged, the bubble wrap was I damaged so must of been packed damaged. Really disappointed and will never purchase another product. I have however spoke to to a lady who I forwarded photos of damaged products. Then I get a message to say say I get 5%discount off next order. How insulting. 😡😡
