ABOUT KELLY Committed to Quality My name is Kelly Costello. I am the proud owner and founder of Fill Your Face Aesthetics, an aesthetics skin clinic located in Faversham, Kent. I have also recently set-up a further clinics in Ramsgate, Broadstairs & Sandwich. I am a registered nurse with over 22 years experience in a number of different specialities including emergency and urgent care, intensive care, midwifery and forensic nursing. I am also an independent nurse prescriber for the past 12 years. I have recently completed my teaching qualification and am just completing my masters degree at present. I have worked solely in the aesthetics industry for the past 14 years. As the saying goes ' you can't beat experience', over the years I have developed my own bespoke tips and tricks. I have been awarded accolades for my contribution to the aesthetics industry and been published in leading aesthetics journals. In my limited spare time, I enjoy being a mummy to my young daughter and writing my dissertation for a masters in Public & Global Health. With this in mind I offer all clients the opportunity to have a free, no obligation consultation, as I believe that knowledge is core to making the right treatment decisions. I am happy to provide a copy of the consultation for you to go away and further research proposed treatment options or other aesthetic clinics if you wish. Professional Experience and Training You Can Trust Safety is at the forefront of everything I do. Both clinic locations are Save Face accredited and I am also a member of Aesthetic Complication Expert group (ACE) as well as Dr Tim Pearce's complications programme and the Cosmetic Redress Scheme. I undertake many hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) to ensure my practice and skills remains safe and relevant. Fill Your Face is always evolving, every day is a school day and there is always something new to learn in the aesthetics industry. Fill Your Face prides itself on being innovative. I spend many hours researching the latest product developments and will often test treatments on myself before adding them to the treatment menu. I have a YouTube channel (Fill Your Face Aesthetics) where I talk about all things aesthetic to help educate and inspire existing or prospective clients alike. Most of my clients come to me via 'word of mouth' recommendation (some even travel from mainland Europe) . I take pride in my work and I will turn clients away if I do not believe I can achieve what they desire! I believe the most difficult part of my job is managing expectations… some of my clients will tell you it's not unusual to hear me say "I work with a needle, not a wand m' dear” always said, of course, with a huge smile, warm humour and a hug. My aim is to always provide my clients with the very best, safest and most cost-effective aesthetic treatments available. I strive towards being unique in every sense. I've seen Kelly a few times now and she is always so helpful, with clear explanations of recommended treatments.She is patient and reassuring and I have no hesitation in recommending her!

Kelly made me feel very confident with her knowledge of the the different products that can be used on different areas of the face. Kellie's knowledge of the facial muscles and the workings of those muscles on the face and neck is amazing and I felt very confident to go ahead with my treatment. The treatments I had included both Botox and fillers and each procedure was explained in full. Numbing cream was applied to the more sensitive areas which made the whole experience a pleasant one. The results are better than I expected and for any one that is unsure whether to have any of these procedures or not. Go and speak to Kelly and she will alleviate any or all of your fears. Kelly is a true professional and has a very kind and caring demeanor. I fully trust Kelly and totally recommend Fill Your Face Aesthetics.

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Kelly to treat my face with aesthetic treatments and I recommend others to her all the time too. I know she would never do anything to me that I didn’t need which makes me very happy as I prefer a more natural look.
Been coming to kelly for over 7+ years, have spent ££££s.
On this particular occasion im very disappointed with her service. So disappointed in fact, that she has lost a valued customer. I say valued loosely!
Kelly you have contradicted yourself. Say one thing one minute and change your mind the next. Promised to do botox on me (albeit a nervous newbie) at a previous appt, then proceeds to change her mind.
Reason why the change of tune, she completely forgot my appointment!! i turned up to her ramsgate clinic, (her house) with a booking!, and was let in begrudgingly. No apology by the way. By her reaction i can only assume she had NO product available and she wanted to shoe me out the door ASAP!
Despite telling her what im after previously, in person, over text, with it all being agreed to only days before!, this is where she contradicts herself. I want to start botox as im starting to see first signs of ageing, i also have masculine features as a female so its to help soften some of these. Its not really for you to say what i should or shouldnt have done as not only am i a paying customer, but im responsible for my own choices.
Poor management. If i didnt show to an appt id be charged the full amount! She might come across professional but this wasnt!
To add to the insult , i had been offered the train fair off my next treatment. A generous £7!
Considering im spending hundreds at every visit, and by your mistake on this occasion. Its not good enough.

You agreed I was a suitable botox candidate prior! I was slightly nervous as a first time patient for tox.
Whilst Kelly also works at her home with her child next door, I still made a booking and received confirmation that I was booked for botox! If you cannot fulfil this dont ever accept bookings plus you messaged me a couple days before to say its all fine.
As someone who claims to have a duty of care, this woman was not stopping me from having lip fillers once every few months at one point! She also injected my nasolabial folds which even she said was risky, but did so anyway! In fact those lasted two weeks before the results were gone!
All about the money!!

Thank you for leaving me a review. I will admit that I was preoccupied by my 3 year old who had delayed her usual bedtime, I did explain this and the client accepted my apology. For reasons of confidentiality I am unable to disclose the reason I declined treatment at this appointment. I did fully explain my rationale at the consultation and concerns that to carry out the procedure at this time was questionable. The client accepted the decision at the appointment although she did express disappointment. It is usual practice to assess individuals face to face at every appointment prior to administering treatment and on this occasion I couldn’t see an indication to treat. I have a duty of care to keep clients safe within my practice and I honestly as I explained felt treatment at this time was not indicated.
I had a recent treatment performed by Kelly at fill your face Aesthetics. I had some skin tags that were bothering me and Kelly suggested plasmage to remove them. She explained the procedure and the aftercare necessary. So I felt completely comfortable to have the procedure carried out by her as she came across very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was quick and straightforward I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company and would be very happy to return should the need arise.

I had some Milia around my eyes I wanted removed, I’d tried myself a few times and never had any success and was always very painful/awkward. Kelly was brilliant and removed them very quickly and easily, would definitely recommend, great value for money and really friendly!
My treatment was worth every penny with Kelly, Iv struggled all my life with sweating and just never thought about Botox, tried medication but that didn’t agree with me, my treatment with Kelly has made me so much more confident and I feel much more confident in clothes I wouldn’t of normally been able to wear! Thanks Kelly I will be back
