I’ll admit it — I went into this order with major hesitation. My usual supplier was unavailable, and ordering from an unfamiliar wholesaler made me nervous, especially after reading a mix of reviews about FillersFairy.com. But I needed my products, so I crossed my fingers and gave them a try.
And honestly? I’m impressed.
From the start, communication through WhatsApp was smooth, professional, and surprisingly reassuring. Their customer service team didn’t miss a beat — quick responses, clear answers, and absolutely no runaround.
Then the shipping… 3 DAYS.
I wasn’t expecting that level of speed at all. When the package showed up, everything was secure, sealed, and tidy, exactly how you’d want medical aesthetic products to arrive.
I haven’t used the items yet, so I’ll hold off on commenting about the product itself. But the ordering, communication, and delivery experience were all top-notch — far better than I expected from a company I’d never bought from before.

1 star, because 0 is not possible! Do not order on this website! They only think about money, one its shipped, its shipped and they wash their hands if something happens to your package!
Mine got stuck at costumes of fedex because they put empty bottles on the packages, they didn't assisted me and wash their dirty hands and say to me to go to fedex costumes by car almost 3h from me, to see what costumes of fedex has to say to me.. they should have contacted them and see what happen because they are the store and I am the client and as a client I do not have the power that the store has! They also told me to call fedex some more... I already call them 2 Times a day and email them to! I payd taxes, packages must be delivered on 9septembre than Got stuck ... 5 septembre! Order placed 31 agost .. order nr12414

I got some metox from them and it wasn't good idk if they kept it in storage or just had a bad batch because I've never had a bad experience through other companies, this was my first purchase from them and I tried to ask them to send me something else or a refund or even store credit but they refuse I can't trust a company who sells bad products be safe and use trustworthy sights I will not be using them again I really hoped they would be a good company 😔 I'll stick to the ones I regularly use...fyi I have several influencers that are very big and they have never hurd of this company and will now never use them either....stay safe..
