I was charged a crazy delivery charge and I receive a message saying it have been error and that I would a credit and so far I have not received the credit.

I had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this company. I didn’t get my order, they shipped but it was destroyed on custom. When I asked this company for refund they said- sorry, we don’t responsible for shipment. However, they charged shipping insurance! They didn’t even offer to resend or give me store credit. Just stolen my money!
