Their so-called cancellation policy is completely out-of-step with industry norms.
Very poor experience
Had a very bad experience with Fiix, I personally invested a huge amount of time, effort & money as a small business to manage my maintenance works. I found the technical support to be extremely poor and almost non existent. I upgraded to a more expensive version and it simply didn’t work and could not revert to the old version. Needed to give six months written notice to finish my contract at the higher rate. Would strongly recommend not using Fiix.
Programs used to stay on top of maintenance
We have been using the program for over 3 years. We are a medium size company and it has helped us stay on top of our maintenance without a full time maintenance person. I would recommend this program to any small to medium sized company.
A great CMMS
After a long procurement exercise , a client decided on my advice to use Fiix. It is very powerful and can be adapted to nearly all situations and suits all types of business

This is a software which does help to track maintenance, it is still basics in my aspects if developed properly it could be a very powerful tool.

Lot more capable than our needs
I really like it, in general (I'm engineer, in charge for maintenance) way too complicated to let others involved to use it (except the user report to me). The rest of the management who looking after certificates and some QA related entries has concern about the complexity.
Works well for us.
I use fiix for a 2 man maintenance crew for a 245 unit condo community. I've been using it for 4 years and have developed a good history of work to each unit and repeat issues. This will help us develop a preventative maintenance program.

Love the ease of FIIX
We implemented FIIX (Maintenance Assistant back then) about 2 1/2 years ago. We have worked diligently to get all of our assets into the system and to convert all of our Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance records to this system. It is so much easier and less time consuming if you put the effort in up front and get the results you need. We now use this system for all of our Maintenance KPI's and are ready to move on to new features and modules. This is the best Maintenance Management software system I've ever used.

Fiix Review
Best software I have seen, it can do anything the big box boys can do for a lower price. You can start with the basic package, which is great, then upgrade if you need more bells and whistles to your CMMS program.
Great assistance in tracking repairs and parts
Worth the money for the amount of time is saves me in tracking and record keeping.

This software is working extremely well for us. We are a small, semi-rural water district located in Western Washington.
With a limited budget it was important for us to find a comprehensive solution for assigning and tracking maintenance tasks at a reasonable cost.
The FIIX software has more than filled the bill. It has capabilities that exceed our needs at a very reasonable cost. Once you get used to the conventions, the software is user friendly and easy to use.
We are particularly pleased with the report writer module.
Good program
This program is meeting our needs and the staff has been very helpful when contacted. I would give them 5 stars if we were able to do more customization.
Improve your productivity
In Mediimplantes SA we went from doing the maintenance management of flat files of excel and word which took a great amount of time to do almost everything automatically, in this way we focus on the core of the maintenance process that is to maintain the Reliable equipment and in optimum conditions
