Buyer beware; I had slight tendon pain and saw this device online. Several celebrities said the product helped with tennis elbow, so I opted to do the 8-week subscription. I spoke with Lori and she convinced me that this product would be perfect for me. After receiving the product and following the video I used the machine. This machine grinds at your tendons and can cause major damage. After using the machine for a week it said there might be slight bruising my arm swelled up like I was stung by a bee. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know my issue. Lori said she spoke to their experts and I must have misused the machine based on the log. I told her I followed the instructions and that once my arm had mobility I might try it. After almost 3 weeks my arm finally was able to move past 90 degrees but was still in pain. At this point I reached out and said to Lori I was not comfortable using this device and did not want to continue treatment. They sent me a return label and I assumed they would refund my money. After several weeks I did not receive a refund and now they are stating there is no refund on my 399.99 since it was a rental. I am still having pain in my arm from their device! This company does not value a customer or their health. I have not been able to work out in over 2 months due to severe pain. DO NOT RENT or BUY this product. Only use a product like this under the supervision of a Dr.
