FiiO.eu is a website of Audioline.bg, the official Bulgarian distributor of FiiO and many other major brands.
They have very good prices, and delivery from Bulgaria to Italy took me a week.
One product arrived with a manufacturing defect, but they responded immediately to my email, offering solutions such as a replacement or refund.

It was a great experience, and they stock several products that are difficult to find in Europe. I will most likely buy from them again.

I’ve purchased a number of items from Fiio.eu over the last 2 to 3 years. They always despatch the shipment extremely quickly and I’ve never had any problems with delivery estimates. Their customer support is excellent, when I recently received a faulty item they were very fast to supply a working replacement. Buy with confidence in the knowledge that if you have any warranty issues Fiio.eu will resolve them on your behalf.

I ordered a pair of Fiio FF5s. The shipment was 2 days later than promised, and they showed up defective. Once I wrote asking for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping back. I simply refused to basically pay them for wasting my time, so I did my research.
According to an europea.eu article on comsumer guarantees:
1. If the product you sold turns out to be faulty — or doesn't look or work as advertised — within the timeframe of the legal guarantee, you are responsible for this.
2. Your customers have the right to ask you to do any of the following without any charge (for postage, labour, material, etc.):

• repair the product
• replace the product
• reduce the price
• cancel the contract and reimburse them in full

So I demanded them for a shipping label, and wrote a negative review on Trustpilot (this isn't that review). The rep saw my negative review and offered to "speed up the process" if I delete it. Since we had been at it for weeks at that point, and he made it clear he wasn't interested in being reasonable (he even told me I "talk too much" in response to me citing the law), I just deleted my review.

So, quite a kerfuffle.

They respond quickly to emails, even outside working hours.
High-quality products.
Fast delivery as a bonus.

I ordered Fiio DM15 to be delivered to Cyprus with a standard delivery, but the seller decided it would take too much time and upgraded it to express for free. I received it today, everything works nicely. Great service, I definitely recommend it.
