Any good reviews on here are written by the company. They are based in Vietnam. Scam company will not give any refunds and products either don’t arrive or faulty

Minus stars for this company. Wish I had checked on trust pilot before using this company. I also had money taken from my card for Amazon after ordering the adjustable glasses, which when they arrived were cheap poundshop bog standard frames with no adjustment.

I had an apologetic email from the company saying it was their fault and telling me that returning them and refunding would cost more than they originally cost and offering me 50% refund. I have refused telling them I want 100% refund. Still waiting reply.🤔

SCAMMERS!!! Ordered items believing it be a London based company, it isn’t it is based in China and took months to arrive. Then wasn’t what I’d ordered and didn’t even work! Since using a particular bank card to make the purchase I have had my card hacked and money stolen from my account of £300 and now just received an item I had to sign for (thought was something else I had actually ordered) which turned out to be weird cheap phone screen cover things and I don’t understand what that means but suspect it is some sort of scam too…very odd but is def this company as I hadn’t used card for anything else so beware!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS,!!

Another Amazon fraud review, literally on phone to my bank to sort it, so yeah don’t bother these are thieves to say the least!!

Ordered an item which was actually delivered. Complained about the condition it was in and out of nowhere got a payment to Amazon put of my account that wasn't mine.

I believe they are involved in fraud. Do not give these people your card details.

Very disappointed with purchase. Flimsy item and I was expecting a pole with it. I now have to repurchase and wait to harvest my apples! Keep away if u value your money. For this is, a waste of time and money!

Figure Empire is a good site, is worthy of having a 5 star rate for the quality of the site which is really important to me and the massive options and products you can find on the site, helpful for the daily life. For example my most recent order was a hair dryer ans stiler and it was cheap. So I totally recommend!

I bought a foldable bicycle helmet from them and it was absolutely amazing. Their customer service was also really helpful when tracking my order too and it also came on time. I really loved their products and services and highly recommend them.

Back in march I ordered 2 fruit pickers from this company. Just under £24 pounds each.
What turned up was two plastic ends with no poles.
After trying to contact them for weeks I finally got a message back saying that they come with no poles.
So how am I meant to use them?
When you advertise this product your (happy) reviews clearly states that the poles that they come with are great and retractable.
You should not be advertising something you clearly are not supplying.
This is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem with ordering from a company.
Really unhappy. No refund. Such a poor service. Absolute waste of money.

Summer is here and all up for some gardening. Purchased gardening stuff from here and delivery was super quick, packing was on point. Loving my garden all over again. Thanks alot.

Terrible website and awful customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month and they still haven't provided information on how I can process the return after countless emails.

I recently purchased a eidechse cream to renew my leather, I was very disappointed with the time it took to the receive the product eventually after a long wait the product arrived I was even more disappointed the the cream inside the pot looked dry or expired as soon as I opened the pot dry powder poured on my lap. That a waste of money. I would definitely Not recommend this product

Ordered an item 10 weeks ago, tracking shows not attempted delivery yet was returned back to them with no explanation as to why. Customer service via email just comes back to say “shipping is 7-10 days” won’t respond about a refund I will have to contact my bank to take it further. Reviews are definitely fake!

I made a purchase 20 days ago,no communication whatsoever,paid already in advance when estimated delivery was 7-15 days.No answer on my emails,very bad customer service.Cannot review the product as I never received it.Requested a full refund and no reply.
