I absolutely love Firth Tea—so much so that I’ve completely given up regular tea and now only drink this! The only downside is that I’m going through it much faster because I enjoy it so much.
I suffer with IBS, and I’m really hoping it will help reduce my bloating and swollen belly over time. It’s still early days, but I’m genuinely enjoying the start of this journey and feeling positive about it so far.

Great product
By day four I noticed some changes but wondered if this could be a placebo effect. Didn't care though if it was. I was impressed and ordered more to give me three months worth. Determined to go the full three months. I have one or two cups aday and prefer it as one scoop. Definitely helps me calmed things down. Unfortunately I've had a cold so don't think I've had it's full effects yet. Guts are better not cured but less painful. Ask me again in three months

Stopped medication
I have a long term problem with my bowel, needing medication from my doctor for it. After taking Fifth Ray regularly every morning I have been able to stop my medication. My stomach is a lot calmer and I haven't had to do a 5 second dash to the loo!
The company checks in regularly too!

It tastes nice
It tastes nice. I have been taking it consistently but unfortunately I had a chest infection first and now a bad cold & cough so I don’t feel it has had a fair chance.my gut is better I think but sleep still eludes me. Have ordered another month though to see how I get on.

It sounds like your body’s had a lot to move through recently, so those infections can easily slow things down a little. Encouraging that your gut is beginning to feel better, though, and staying consistent another month should give the blend a fairer chance to support your sleep more gently.

Ive just finished the 1st pack I had bought me for Mother’s Day.
It’s an easy taste to get used to.
I have Crohns, also had part of my small intestines removed.
The teas has improved my gut pain, but because my inflammation is still high, I’m being put on Adalimumab injection injections.
Sadley I can not take fithray whilst on the tea.

Not overly sure how, but stomach probs (bloating/pain) for many years seem to be helped by taking Fifth Ray.
Sometimes I leave taking it a few days and probs return so I need use it every day a bit more

"I love this drink. Not only does it taste nice but it actually makes a real difference to my IBS symptoms. I have it as my first drink of the day, every day. After just 2 weeks I noticed a significant decrease in evening bloating and discomfort.
