My experience with FieryPlay has been extremely disappointing. After successfully completing the KYC verification process and having all my documents approved without any issues, my account was suddenly blocked on the grounds that I allegedly had a duplicate account.
At the time my account was blocked, I had approximately €200 in my balance. To this day, I have not received a clear explanation or any evidence to justify this decision. I find it very frustrating that my identity verification was initially approved, only for my account to be closed later for a completely different reason.
I contacted customer support, but the responses I received did not resolve the issue or provide any meaningful clarification. From my perspective, the way this case was handled raises serious concerns about the platform's verification process and its communication with customers.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I strongly advise anyone considering playing here to read the terms and conditions carefully and keep records of all verification documents, emails, and transactions in case a similar situation occurs.
