So I broke the door latch on our Bosch washing machine (6 months ago I broke the door handle). Fields were great!, came out in 2 days and did a quick fix, then came back after getting a new part, both times Pat arrived dead on time, did a great job, and was off to his next appointment. Thanks also to Amanda in their GX shop - she was great, receiving pics and a video of the problem, all sorted very smoothly. We've bought appliances from Fields and have repairs and installations done by them also - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!

Ordering my oven was very efficient. Delivered on time, old oven taken away, new oven up and running in no time, will use Fields again as staff so pleasant & helpful.

Superb efficiency from Amanda, sourced a Miele product for me in minutes at the end of the day, put one hold as only 5 being imported, Amanda called me the next morning at 9.20 am, the product had been secured, paid for on the 9/11/21within 15 minutes and she confirmed delivery would be towards the end of November after arriving in the UK ... without a doubt excellent service from Amanda!

First time I've used Fields, I will definitely be doing so again. My integrated dishwasher stopped working. My call was answered quickly, the person I spoke to was knowledgeable. Booked an installation day, engineer arrived and installed my new dishwasher. He took time to show me how to use it. He took everything away including my old appliance. The whole process was easy, I felt like I was in very good professional hands. I highly recommend Fields.

Ordered a replacement integrated refrigerator. Delivered in 4 days and installed by experienced two man team. Could have purchased the item a little cheaper but decided to go with someone who attended to my needs when I first moved into he area. I was not disappointed. Product and installation excellent. I will be calling on Fields for my future needs and I am very happy to recommend them.

Good service and swift supply

The lady who took my order was excellent. She asked questions about the environment where the fridge was to be placed i.e. sinde or in an area where temps might get to below -15C.
The item I wanted was in stock and the purchase easily made. Delivery was as promised and the gentleman who brought the fridge and took away the old one was very efficient and helpful.
I will recommend to friends.
