First of all I’m from the United States. I bought a power steer system that was none RTK from fieldbee thinking it was a cost effective stand alone guidance system for my tractor. After I ordered it was my first red flag. They said that it would fit my tractor prefect. But after I ordered they needed me to take the steering wheel off my tractor and measure the shaft for them when they said it would work. So I had to go buy special tools just to do that. Took a month for them to even ship it to me. Finally got it. Installation went fine. Could not get the tablet to work right and show me where I was. After some emailing they told me that for the tablet to work properly and show me where I was and guidance lines that I needed a SIMs card with internet or hotspot to the tablet. Never did they tell me that during the phone calls about buying this or anywhere on their website. Could not get a SIMs card for the tablet as it is not compatible with cell phone providers in the united states. Took me 3 times telling them by email that I wanted to return it for a refund before they even started the return process. I went to ship it back to them via UPS as requested and was quoted $1,800 US dollars which is over half of what I paid for this. Did not ship it back to them. I reached out to them about the high return cost. They said that they would look into alternative shipping methods that would be cheaper for me. I have emailed them 2 more times about an update on shipping it back to them with no response back from them yet. It has been two weeks since I have last been contacted by them. Needless to say it looks like I am going to be stuck with a piece of junk system that I won’t be able to use and I’ll be out all the money I spend on it plus the tariffs I have pay to get into my country. It’s hard enough being a farmer let alone losing money on something that doesn’t work. If you are thinking on buying from them
I would highly recommend that you don’t!

Update July 7th 2026.
Fieldbee did supply me with a shipping return label that was cheaper than what I was quoted for return shipment. However once they received the system back it took 3 months and multiple emails from me to get my refund back (minus the shipping label and a restock fee because the system was “used”). Since the refund I have been contacted by fieldbee multiple times requesting that I remove my review because it makes them look back. I believe my review is accurate about my experience with fieldbee and will not be removed.

Sehr guter und schneller Kunden-Support!

Was mir gut gefällt ist, dass man das GPS auf mehreren Traktoren verenden kann. Man benötigt nur für die andern Traktoren, ein zusätzliches Switch Kit.
Die Verwendung, der App finde ich auch sehr gut, sie ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen.

Ich benutze fieldbee seit nunmehr 4 Jahren. Zunächst habe ich mit dem einfachen Spurführsystem begonnen, welches ich auf einem alten Schlepper immer noch nutze.
Mit erscheinen des powersteer System habe ich vor 3 Jahren das erste System noch als Beta-Version erhalten. Das war zunächst schon eine Herausforderung bis das das System richtig funktionierte. Da gab es regelmäßige Rücksprache mit dem Support von fieldbee, der mit immer sehr schnell geholfen hat. Seit 2024 habe ich den zweiten Schlepper mit powersteer ausgerüstet. Während der Stoppelbearbeitung und der Zwischenfruchtaussaat hat das System sehr genau und stabil gearbeitet. So dass ich jetzt mit beiden powersteer Geräten sehr zufrieden bin.

Das System ist einfach unkompliziert und gut in der Handhabung und wenn man Fragen hat wird über den Support schnell geantwortet und geholfen habe bis jetzt noch keine negative Erfahrungen gemacht

Ich benutze FieldBee nun seit 1 Jahr und bin begeistert. Das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und ich nutze FieldBee für fast aller Arbeiten auf 3 verschiedenen Traktoren.
Die Installation hat mir mein Händler vorgenommen, da er schon Erfahrung damit hatte, ich konnte nur einsteigen und losfahren.
Tritt einmal ein Problem auf, erhält man vom Support immer innerhalb von Wenigen Minuten Hilfe!

Hi, I'm using filed bee Power steer since several months now. Installation took in my fairly old traktor about 3h, as I have installed cables in hidden places, below the floor. I have ordered the system including the tablet, as it comes with really good RAM mount and integrated power adaptor. Since I have the system active, filedbee has improved the firmware in the power steer to improve stability during automatic driving, in my case with higher speed (10-12km/h) on given lines. I really like the setup of working zones and headland in the latest SW versions, together with the new U-turn function, which turns automatically in the headland if properly setup. Just in the past days I was running the system almost continously for about 20h while cultivating the harvested land and sowing afterwards. With U-turn function active, I was able to drive continously for hours with almost constant speed, without reversing the direction of the traktor at any time manually, as it skips multiple lines automatically to allow turning within 15meters headland in my case. It also helps me to work at night, even with line skipping function active, as it guides me to the next active line to be processed. For me the system is a great improvement in my farm live. It allows me concentrating onto the machine in action while it is driving forward for me.

Great support, quick and easy

Despite problems with delivery and taking time to install it has been a great success.

I received my unit and set it aside as we were just starting to harvest the crop. I finally got around in the last few days to install the unit. I found it to be fairly easy to install with only a couple questions for the support team. I got my answers with in 10 minutes. I have not tried the unit as I only finished installing it yesterday. I will update once I have commission the unit. So far so good.

Struggled slightly with the installation however with the great support and the WhatsApp help line we got everything working very well no complaints and amazing staff.

System easy to install. Not so easy to get operating but tech support was superb! Not put off by my not being internet savvy and walked me thru the processes. WhatsApp connection worked well once I had it installed.

Easy setup and simple to use.
We gained a lot of efficiency as it means we can travel faster without missing spots and double cutting.

Ordered the power steer kit to install in an articulated 4wd. FieldBee doesn’t have the power steer kit listed to work with articulated tractors but was assured at time of purchase that support would be there to make it work. After installation of the kit, worked with tech support and got the system performing great in a short amount of time. Even after the system was working correctly tech support was there to help refine and adjust the system when needed. Never having auto steer before there was some learning, but that would be the same with any other manufacturer. I’m happy with the product, how it performs and the after sales support, it’s the full package at a great price.

Communication was great, transaction was painless easy to purchase.

It was very simple to fit onto tractor.It took me a bit of learning to work out the app but autosteered perfectly, when i started seeding i thought that cant be right as i was still using my markers, but it turned out it was perfect .
