I bought 4 jumpsuit in 2 different sizes second lot were perfect the first far too small. Ferristale are refusing to return my emails and I'm at a loss as to which way to turn. Money down the drain so not fair how these so-called legit companies slip through the loop. I left one star but I would be able to respond. They don't deserve that one star. I'd imagine they are laughing at all of us.....

Bought a phone case for s21 ultra it's the see through on that snaps together with magnets,carnt use fingerprint scanner have to keep removing top part of case

Ferristale co.uk is not a UK site it's a Chinese scam page, surprise surprise. Do not buy from this page. I'm giving up online shopping as I'm so sick of being scammed out of my hard earned money 😢

Ordered the POLYESTER Long top with matching trousers in Blue and khaki and the only right thing was the colours! The suits were a cheap chiffon, creased beyond belief, no slit sides, cheap and nasty! DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Wouldn't even give them one star but had to get my review done this is a scam Chinese company that takes your money but doesn't deliver the goods stay well clear of them scammers

Ordered a 2 piece trouser suit advertised in a video from the uk, arrived with no delivery note, extremely bad quality and about 3-4 sizes too small. No paperwork included to say how to return and not answering any of my emails. I’ve opened a bank complaint and suggest everyone does the same. DO NOT USE

No refund policy. Not a UK company. You may as well fritter your cash away on the horses, lottery or in a casino where to might get a return. Personally, I just wouldn't bother.

I ordered three pairs of the Capri pants which arrived without any delivery note. The pants were very poorly sized even though I ordered a size up. I have no idea how I can get a refund with no returns label. I have emailed customer service but I'm not holding out much hope of a reply after the negative comments.

Received 3 pairs of capri pants, all too small. When asked for a return address it gave me one in China (I still have it) an also offered me a 50% reduction, I don't suppose I will see the reduction. So have 3 pairs of capi pants in black, grey and green size 20 but they would fit a 16/18 if interested. But I want to know why Klarna are taking monies for this company. Obviosuly Facebook could not care less.

This is not an English company. It is a Chinese scam company. Ordered at the beginning of May.. They kept sending me tracking info with a tracking number which could not be used. Order never arrived Last tracking info said it was in THE IRELAND. I am unable to contact this "company". Their only role is to get your money. Don't touch them with a 40ft pole

Ordered one of those portable neck fans from an advert the company had on Facebook. I thought this was a UK based company. I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered. Basically the item has come from China in a cardboard box, no instructions, very short charging cable, no apparent on switch and doesn't seem to fully charge. I thought the neck fan was adjustable but this isn't its just a solid piece of plastic!! So doesn't work, just cheap plastic rubbish, you have been warned about this company !!!

You may receive fake notifications of dispatch and even pending delivery, but not the item. If you do eventually get the item it may not work or not be as described or even fit for purpose. No customer service, at least non that will respond to you and no chance of getting your money back. I will be reporting them to trading standards. This so called business fails in every way. You have been warned!

Jump suit I bought is rubbish, not stretchy as the advert states. If you like camel toe and three quarter leg jump suits then it’s for you !!! Don’t bother looks like a bag of poo on !

Ordered a vegetable slicer after seeing ad on Facebook. They gave me a fake Hermes tracking number which never had a record in Hermes. Send them few email. No contact whatsoever. Asked for a refund. Again no contact.
Total SCAM. Do not buy from them.
