i would refer this company to anyone but have found them hard to contact on some occasions why i rate them as a 4 star company.when getting through but they have always helped my inquiring to be honest and fair on a professional level

Sorry for long rant in advance... Wanted to pay off full balance of my credit line today. Rang and entered my phone number to be told by a robot I'd be called back. Next thing a text saying they've taken £101 from my bank and if I wanted to make a further payment to text pay and amount to an 07 number which I did. 25 mins passed & payment was still not showing on account. Called offices and was told they could see my payment of £760 however there was £23.01 interest outstanding which brought the total to £783.01. I obviously agreed to pay it to clear balance. I got off the phone and checked my bank account. They had taken the £760 AND the £783.01! I also received email confirmation of both payments. I have been chasing them 4 hours and 4 calls later to be basically told I'm lying! I've had to forward emails as proof to basically do their job for them. I am currently £760 out of pocket and they don't seem interested in the slightest! Absolutely disgusted!!!!!

Applied yesterday at 1:00pm and still waiting for the funds to clear over 24 hours later when I've rang up they are telling me to contact my bank I'm just getting passed from one to the other

Terrible service. Bad correspondence. Told them to take a payment didn't do so, was not notified and then they added extra monies on top.

This company is abysmal. I had paid the money requested and they had even taken a double payment. I didn’t have any request for any more payments then didn’t hear from them for almost a year, then I get a letter come through threatening from a debt collection agency asking if I do not pay £200 odd then they will be coming to my door! My advice, avoid like the plague. I spoke to the debt collection agency asking for a breakdown of costs before I pay anything but instead I just received a letter informing me of what date they will be over.

Disgusting company. No means of contact, tried contacting on several occasions and only get a reply when they pass my debt to a collections agency. Totally unacceptable.

My payment couldn't be taken for some reason although i definitely gave them my right account and card details. Their website has no facilities for changing card details, tried phoning and you can never get through. when it puts you on hold your waiting 20 minutes and then your cut off. their call back service doesn't work so its impossible to get to speak to them. I felt they want you to default on your payments so they can charge you as much as they can. they've now refereed me to a collection service which i payed immediately. Be very careful, there are better lenders out there.
I now have a mark on my credit file finding it impossible to get any other loans, they have have big impact on my life and i implore anybody reading it to not take out a loan with them, there are better providers.

Very bad, tried to pay over the phone, I had no luck I tried for at least a week, when I eventually got through to someone i had to pay a lot more than I was suppose to, stay well clear, never again

Ferratum is easy quick and simple, great customer service with no waiting times and loans are approved almost instantly

The first time I applied i was told I'd given the wrong bank detail for the loan to go in, even tho I'm 99% sure I gave the right ones? they said they recalled it and that was that, the second time I applied, here I am almost 24 hours later and no funds in my account, I triple checked the details so I know they are right.
