Happy with Fernlands service, product and prices
We have always been happy with both the products and the service we have received from Fernland. Prices are good, and they stock products that we haven't been able to find anywhere else. I will purchase from Fernland in the future.

Delivered quickly inspite of supplier delays
Staff were friendly, and always responded to my requests for an update immediately. Delays out of Fernlands control. Only thing that could have been done better was the fact that promised update phone calls never eventuated, and we had to reach out some days after the agreed contact date for an update. Given how busy you are, and the fact that in the greater scheme of things it was only a very small order, its understandable.
