Very convenient for healthcare at home

Dubai convenience at it's best. Get my whole family tested every 6 months in Valeo . The app is great for insights

Started my longevity journey with Valeo and I have learned so much about my body.

They charged me twice and despite me telling them my location they never showed up. Never issued a refund after saying they would (I checked my bank and realised by accident 2 weeks later) The whole company is Indian based and the “manager” susmita is HORRIBLE. Zero customer service.

Paid for an appointment to which I was charged twice for. The doctor told me he would email me recommended treatment after the call, he didn’t. I emailed the doctors the next day to which I still haven’t had a reply. I contacted customer service 4 days later they told me they would contact the doctor since then it has been a further two days I still have had no response from the doctor or resolution from Valeo in regards to being charged twice and receiving no medical advice and being left in pain for six days from the appointment

Seamless experience with their IV process and doctor’s consultation.

Unfortunately I had terrible experience with them. In the first appointment they mishandled my samples and requested another visit and on the second visit I waited 45 minutes and they still they did not show up

Great service. Nurse was friendly and did not hurt a bit. Got free doctor service too who explained all blood result in detail! Overall great experience

I love using Valeo for all my family’s health requirements because it’s the latest and most convenient way to keep a check on our health! I just book an appointment on the app, then the nurse comes home and within minutes takes blood samples, and the results get uploaded directly on my app. I can even keep track of previous results on the app, so I know if my blood results are improving over time or not. The food intolerance test I did with them was a life-changer!
My wellbeing coach at Valeo also gives great advice on which supplements to use, based on my results.

Valeo health is amazing.
They are so fast and their service is great.
I really recommend them. The nurse how came to my house my very professional and friendly.

I bought Valeo’s “personalized” skincare products after a consultation with their skincare specialist. A couple of weeks later, my skin got super dry and irritated. I emailed them and they said it’s normal and I should use the cream less frequently as they have active ingredients (which I followed). A month passed and at 1-2 times use per week, I was still having a terrible reaction. Not only that, but the face cream which started as white, started to get yellow/brown and the dispenser gathered lots of brown build up (which honestly not something I expect from any skincare product!). I shared my concerns with them and their answer was “This occurrence is atypical and does not reflect our usual standards. Your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant team to enhance our services for a better experience in the future.” - not a very helpful answer to a customer.
In short, I would not recommend using any of their skincare products. Such poor quality creams, packaging and service.
