Scam company
I would give it a zero if I could. I have emailed and called multiple times regarding a return and have not received a single response. They never answer the phone and they do not call back. Do not order anything from this company. Scam!

Avoid subscription. Even if you cancel they still charge
Set up a subscription that came with poor-quality products and then cancelled it. However, I now keep getting charged £85 every two months. I have contacted them with no response by email, and the phone line that is never answered. This is clearly a scam company; please avoid.

However they use hermes as their delivery service- and hermes are literally a terrible company and the way they delivered this particular parcel was awful. (Package damaged, could see inside it)

Good selection
It wasn’t obvious that I needed to wait nearly two months for the delivery date. When I contacted them to ask where the parcel was though they sent one out straight away. Good range of products
