The day I found FeedArmy was my lucky day! Emmanuel is extremely knowledgeable about anything related to Google Merchant Center and is very easy to work with. Communication was great and you know that he’s always there for you. Make sure to do all the homework he gives you. With his direction we improved our online store and along the way I had to hire Shopify experts to make minor changes to our store. By listening to his advice our shop is now more user friendly and our sales have improved and we finally got approved by Google! I’m sure this won’t be the last time we’ll use his expertise! ☺️

FeedArmy helped with "Website needs improvement"
I launched my first online business in June 2023. Unfortunately, in August of the same year, my website got suspended due to needing improvement. After trying for two weeks to fix it myself without success, I contacted three different companies for help. The first company couldn't get my website unsuspended even after two months of trying and several Google reviews. During those two months, it felt like I wasn't a priority for them, and getting any response was a struggle. So, I decided to look for a different company and found FeedArmy.
Once the 60 days passed and I was still suspended, I reached out to FeedArmy, and they responded within 3-5 business days with a detailed list of 34 things I needed to fix on my website. Some were technical terms I didn't even know. I managed to fix about 20 issues myself, but for the rest, I needed to hire a developer. That developer took over two months to fix several of the problems and I hired another company to help with the final four items.
Finally, after six long months, my website was unsuspended by Google just five days ago. It was the first time my website passed a Google Review in over four months, and it passed on the first try.
Emmanuel was very professional and was willing to answer any question I had. Some things he was able to explain to me what fix was needed, but others he let me know a developer would have to resolve.
His prices were MUCH cheaper than any of the other companies and the consultation was much better than the previous one I received.

The amount of work that went into the 30 page report that I received was noticeable. Covering best practices, what looks good and what does not, and the tech stuff that is hard for the every day person to understand. Telling me in a nice way the reality on how google runs there business and what I need to do if I want to promote my store on there platform. I was given so much information that it took sometime to go over it, one step at a time, locate and fix the issues on my site. At the end of the day it was money well spent.

Emmanuel is a one man special forces (feed)army that delivers when it matters the most. When Google's algorithms inexplicably turn against your business and your demands for support fall on deaf ears at Google: Emmanuel will swoop in, analyse and point out all the things you can do to get the issue resolved.
It took us a long time to fix the issue, but meanwhile we are rolling again and earning several thousands each week, which is a whole lot better than nothing!
