Dealt with Alec at the start who was very helpful as has everybody Ive dealt with. They've got results on most cases apart from 2 that went bump. Small costs considering what they do so very happy all round.

They just charge you upfront giving no guarantees. Only giving their success rate. In my case it was 33%.

We have used Federal Management for a number of years, and they have collected a good percentage of our debts, which would otherwise have been written off. They collected the monies on our behalf, and after deducting a small percentage as commission, paid the balance into our account in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend them, and have been more than happy with the service received.
