Item was delivered late as was sent out wrong then recalled. Then when eventually arrived is to large for my phone not a happy customer

I was very disappointed with my product, it looks nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. They looked like the picture was in a 3 D glass and bigger than the product I received , very disappointed.i am from Canada and it cost me $40 Canadian

I would like it to be more clear how to order all 3 items at the same time. I’m not really good at this as I didn’t grow up in the computer age. I could have saved on shipping if I didn’t have to separately order 3 times. All else was fine.

Well its very easy to personalize an item with it's easy process by selecting how i picked out everything to come as close as possible for my WIFE and I thank you for making cute things to purchase especially during the holidays like VALENTINES BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY etc. Well that's all I got to say about that. BYE

I placed an order 11/24/25. I did not receive my order. The company was NO help. They expected me to track it and just kept sending me tracking numbers. They act like it's my problem that I didn't get it. I basically told them to shove it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not purchase from this group of frauds.ordered a product they advised order delivered when it actually did not,, do not order they have no phone number associated with their site.. again save your time and money by not dealing with travesty of a company

Took my money and I got nothing had to report it to my credit card company to stop payment on the money these people are nothing but a rip off be careful what you do here

If I could put 0 I would . I ordered a bauble with personalised name etc from this company just by looking at the picture . When it arrived it looks cheap plastic and you can’t even see the helmet as it is merged with a tree . I asked for a refund and I would send it back as I won’t be giving it and they offered me 50% refund . I have refused and just want to make people aware ….. it is cheap rubbish for £23

Saw the product online & loved how it looked so I clicked on & ordered it. The process was simple to do & I can't wait to get it!!!!

It looks good, but I haven't received it yet.

Order place as stated in Canadian dollars - Billed in American dollars which I feel I have been ripped off for an extra 35%
