Feather & Grey Interiors Anmeldelser

I am very happy with my new shutters. The price and waiting times were very competitive. The install was super quick, so great all around.

100% satisfied with these shutters we have jbstalled for our bay windows. Makes the room look elegant. Tidy work when fitting and happy with with end result. Thank you to the Feather & Grey team.

Just wanted to leave really positive feedback about the shutters we recently got installed.
The shutters are exactly as imagined with a lovely elegant & clean look to them. What we expected in terms of quality. Communication from the company was timely. Installation problem free. Definitely recommend Feather and Grey.

From the minute I sent a request for a quote Kirsty and Mark were super responsive and helpful. When Mark arrived to provide the quote he was very generous with his time, talking us through the different options, really listening to what we wanted and providing recommendations without being over bearing. Shiloh who came to install the shutters was absolutely lovely and is clearly very skilled because the shutters look stunning and we couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend Feather and Grey more strongly.

I had shutters fitted in my bay windows, hallway and bedrooms and absolutely love them. The customer service was great and I’m really happy with the finish and quality.

What an absolutely amazing company, from our initial consultation F & G have been professional, always on time and most importantly their shutters are beautiful, incredible quality and have brought my vision to life. I could not be happier with every aspect and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have turned our house into a home, thank you for everything!

Mark & the team are great! Really helpful in determining what kind of shutters/blinds we wanted. Efficient, tidy and really friendly. Thanks so much for our shutters and blinds, we love them!

This is the second time we have used Feather and Grey and cannot fault them.
They fitted some beautiful shutters and are such a friendly, happy and helpful bunch. Would definitely use again and we recommend them to everyone looking for shutters, blinds, etc.

Feather & Grey were recommended by another shutter company who couldn’t do work in Herts because they were too far away. From start to finish, they were excellent. Mark was very professional, down to earth, and totally not pushy, unlike a salesman who gave me a quote from one of the well known national companies, and Mark quoted at least half the price of the national company. There was a slight delay in delivery, but I expected that, and it wasn’t long, so not a problem and Kirstie kept me updated. Two fitters, Shiloh and Nick (?) turned up exactly on time on the day, cracked on, and were done within an hour and a half. They were very polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They didn’t even complain about the heat - it was done during the recent awful heatwave. They tidied up and explained everything. I love my shutters and would definitely recommend this company.

The most excellent service and top quality products from this wonderful team. Absolutely chuffed with how they look - I cant stop staring at them. Thank you so much.

Right from the first consultation to installation, the experience with Feather and Grey has been faultless. The level of detail and care Mark put into discussing all the different options and showing us their brilliant range was fantastic. There was no pressure and Mark was so gracious to give great advice on which options would work best. It set the tone for what was a really positive experience. Shiloh, who installed the shutters was amazing. He was polite and friendly an his workmanship was top class. Did a brilliant job installing and left no mess behind.

The shutters are amazing, they have given our rooms a complete different feel and we are 100% we made the right choice. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for shutters.

Our shutters look amazing! It’s giving our house a new lease of life. They brighten up the rooms so much. Mark took his time in explaining the products and the different options that were available to us. It was clear he knew his stuff backed with industry experience. Not forgetting Shiloh, who did a fantastic job in installing them. Between the two of them, they’re and awesome team and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely love our shutters. Thanks Mark for the advice and wonderful job

Mark is excellent, providing very good advice, always available. Products are very good quality. We are very pleased with the great work that Mark has done in our house. I can only recommend!

Totally in love with my new shutters. From initial meeting, right through to fitting, this company have exceeded my expectations. Buy with 100% confidence

About a year ago I decided I wanted shutters in some downstairs rooms and after having a few different companies come round and quote, I found Mark to be the most competitive but also had the best enthusiasm and knowledge for the product and about fitting/service.
He took the time to go through materials/colours/sizes/hinges everything.
My experience with Mark was so good that a few months later I got him to fit the bedrooms as well and more recently he’s just fitted some roller blinds in our new loft room and again went through styles/colours etc as this was new to me too.
Would highly recommend!

Feather & Grey were fabulous when they fitted shutters at my beautiful terrace house in St Albans. They have truly transformed the place.
The service was speedy, and the shutters are very high quality but also very good value for money vs some of the other high street shutters.
They were very communicative through the process and cleaned up after themselves following the fitting. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you! I’m buying a new place and hoping to use them again soon!

Mark & his team are real experts in their field, offering advise, product options, quality products and a professional installation service. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent 5 star service from Mark and the fitting by shiloh highly recommended.

Thank you Mark and Shiloh for our gorgeous shutters! We are so pleased. They add a new dimension to the front of our Grade 2 Listed small city-centre house. We just knew they would give a minimalist and smart look with clean lines to the old small bay windows. 10 out of 10!
