Feather & Grey Interiors Anmeldelser

We were recommended Mark by our neighbour and are so pleased we found Feather and Grey. He’s done a great job of putting some smart shutters up for us, and also high quality blinds. He was very professional throughout. I’d highly suggest using Feather and Grey, and certainly will again in the future when needed.

From start to finish a very efficient process with good communication throughout. Shutters and installation completed to an excellent standard. The whole team was professional, polite and friendly to deal with. Can't fault the shutters or the company.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Feather & Grey to anybody requiring colonial shutters as recently fitted in our new house. 1st class customer service and pre sales advice coupled with great workmanship. Every step was seamless and they delivered at every stage. 5* without a doubt.

I am very pleased and happy that I have decided to have my shutters installed with Feather & Grey Interiors. Since I contacted them, everything went smoothly. They provided great advices, detailed information and updates about the shutters and installation process. Mark and Darren are professionals, super friendly and reliable. They got everything done immaculately and quickly.
I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend Feather & Grey to everyone.

We decided to use Feather & Grey Interiors for the installation of our shutter blinds, based on their excellent reviews. From the initial meeting with Darren to discuss our requirements and follow-up appointment with Mark to fine tune our choices and take precise measurements, we felt assured we were in capable hands. As a team Mark and Darren are knowledgeable, organised, personable and above all experts in their field. The quality of the final job has surpassed our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. Many thanks Feather & Grey!

Mark and Kirstie were a pleasure to deal with. Professional from beginning to end and the final product and installation is exactly what was ordered and beyond expectations. Highly recommend the service and the products

I decided to use feather & Grey as my father had previously had shutters from F&G . Knowing the quality and install I knew they would not let be down. Price was on point and the agreed timescale of manufacture was spot on. Having 16 shutters fitted over 2 days and French doors Securty film the whole process was proffessional , clean , tidy with exceptional attention to detail whereby trims and mastic beading made it look amazing . Coming from me being in the building industry that says a lot. Can not fault F&G in anyway .ALL packaging taken away and not a fingerprint left anywhere as if they had been magically installed ! My wife’s mother is now having shutters fitted from F&G. Based on our high satisfaction. Thanks to Mark and the Team for an exceptional supply and install . Scott & Lisa, Linton , South Cambridge.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish , Mark was on on time , polite , and explained prices and styles , we had a Roman blind fitted to one bedroom and beautiful shutters fitted to the main bedroom. I couldn’t be happier, they look incredible, the fit is perfect , Mark was tidy and impeccable with the finish , I would 100% recommend and will use again in the future …. Many thanks

Their work was outstanding from the beginning till the end they were very nice and this saved me a lot of time which was great and they were also respectful thank you Mark and Dareen.

Professional and kind from the start to the very end. Darren and Mark make a great team and are experts in their field. They took time to guide me and gave the best advice. No pressure.
The Shutters are of the best quality and fitted beautifully. They have made such a difference to our home. I can't thank them enough. THANK YOU! Yvonne and family 🙏

We first hired Feather and Grey Interiors to install some curtains, and I was immediately impressed by the wide variety and quality of fabrics available. The end result was so beautiful that I didn’t hesitate to go back to them for shutters in our home.

Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Mark even made the effort to drive all the way from St Albans to our home in South West London so I could have a second look at colours—something that really shows the level of care and attention they put into their work. The shutters were installed with the same precision and care, and we were once again blown away by both the quality of the product and the finish.

When it came time to install an awning, it was an obvious choice to ask Mark, and he once again delivered outstanding service and an incredible result.

I couldn’t recommend Mark and Feather and Grey Interiors highly enough—the combination of top-quality products, great communication, and genuine care for their customers makes them truly exceptional.

Brilliant experience in using Feather and Grey Interiors from the point of order through to the actual fitting, which was done efficiently and cleanly. Very happy with the blinds themselves which are fantastic. No hesitation in highly recommending them.

Super happy! My experience with Feather and Grey Interiors has been friendly and efficient throughout. I am super pleased with my new window shutters, they are definitely the new WOW feature to our two rooms. Highly recommend Feather and Grey Interiors if you’re looking for a personal bespoke experience.

I had shutters and a blind fitted today, and I am absolutely delighted with them. Fabulous service from Mark and Darren. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy. If you are thinking of having shutters please don't hesitate to use these guys. 10/10

I had shutters fitted by Feather & Grey Interiors, St. Albans yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Mark & Darren did a brilliant job, super friendly, turned up on time and got everything done quickly and neatly.

The shutters look amazing and have totally changed the feel to all rooms. Great quality and service throughout. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are thinking about getting shutters done.

We are very satisfied with Feather and Grey Interiors, chose the best ones out there. Everything as discussed, top quality, and friendly team. Will definitely do business with them again.

Wonderful, wonderful company, I could not be happier. Mark has installed shutters in my bathrooms and electric blinds on all of the other windows in my house. Everything looks beautiful and functions very well -- aesthetically the blinds/shutters have made my house look polished and functionally they are perfect. The electric blinds are surprisingly fun to use, my husband said they are by far his favourite purchase for our house in the last 6 years.

Mark and Kirstie are lovely to work with, they are not only extremely professional but they are kind human beings as well. Genuinely good people. We had a nightmare renovation that went over schedule by a year due to various issues, and Mark and Kirstie were extremely patient and stored our blinds for us until we were ready. They never made us feel bad about the delay which took a load of pressure off of us. They helped us in more ways than one, and we are incredibly grateful.

The installation itself was also very smooth and quick. Mark works quickly and he treats your home with care. For instance, he removed his shoes in my home without me even asking him to, which was incredibly thoughtful, and he cleaned up and left my home tidy when he was finished.

I cannot recommend Feather & Grey highly enough. The quality of their product and their customer service could not get any better. These are the kinds of businesses the UK needs more of. After our horrible renovation they have restored our faith in humans again. If you need blinds, don't even bother getting quotes from anywhere else just go with Feather & Grey.

I highly recommend Feather & Grey.

We ordered shutters for our bay window and bedroom. The team gave us good advices and was responsive thorough the whole process.

The fitting is of great quality with a high degree of attention to all details!

We are very happy with it

Mark and the team at Feather and Grey recently installed shutters for us in our two main bedrooms as well as our living room bay window.

I honestly can't sing their praises highly enough. From Marks initial visit to discuss options, colours and shutter styles, the updates as the order progressed, and finally the actual installation... It really couldn't have been a smoother process.

Mark and the team were absolutely brilliant. The installation was so fast it was hard to believe how quickly the transformation to our house took place!

Definitely a 10/10 experience and have already recommended the company to friends!!

We have had shutters done upstairs and downstairs and also blinds for the French door and we absolutely love them, great service, product is excellent quality. Very pleased.
Thank you
