We have recently sold our house using Fearnalls and Richard was fantastic from start to finish.
I trusted his judgement and felt that he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest with his valuation and advice.

Richard went above and beyond to facilitate both our sale and our purchase and was a pleasure to deal with. We came to him following a bad experience with an online 'free' estate agent and he fully justified why it's so important to use local experts who know the local market. Richard handled all aspects of the transaction from viewings to negotiations and onward matters such as discussions regarding the outcomes of surveys and supporting conveyancing. I'd recommend Richard to anyone who was selling in the area and will use him again if and when we move in future.

Great service from start to finish.
After having my house on the market with another agent for 3 months I moved the listing to Richard who instantly refreshed the pictures which showed the house at its best. The house then sold after the first viewing.
Richard was fantastic during the sale process also, dealing with the purchaser and pushing the solicitor along.

Update: I’m not on your database, Richard, as it is my partner that has registered with yourselves. However, it doesn’t surprise me that you are claiming not to know me. It just demonstrates the lack of personal approach in getting to know the families you are dealing with.

My partner & I were promised so much & yet so little was delivered. Richard was very charming when things were going right but as soon as I questioned something, his attitude completely changed.

Richard offered a very professional service for the purchase of our first ever property. He was reliable, honest and excellent at keeping in contact. We were always able to speak with him directly and he was a pleasure to do business with. Couldn’t fault and would highly recommend.

Richard was "on the case" and very proactive in managing the sale of my mother's bungalow after her death. He kept us informed throughout and showed excellent judgement in moving the sale on quickly. This was very helpful as I live some distance from Chester.
Richard also went above and beyond in dealing with a plumbing disaster at the property and helping to rehome the fish in the pond. A stellar service and recommended unreservedly!
