Sinead Murphy handled my case of selling and buying in Manchester with great skill, good communication, and plenty of resilience. I have worked with Francesca directly for over a decade as she has dealt with both business and personal property sales/ purchases. There has never been a transaction or an issue she couldn’t resolve. She is efficient, knowledgeable, unlike a lot of conveyancers, always answers the phone and deals with emails and queries on the day of receipt. If there’s an issue, she resolves it. I personally wouldn’t ever use anyone else when buying or selling a property. Can’t recommend her enough.
