This is one of the most terrible companies we have ever dealt with. We took out a rental warranty with them and unfortunately our tenant wasn't able to pay rent from may-november. We have only received two months of the rent back and are still down thousands of pounds. The tenants moved out two months ago and Chelsea and Melita have since ignored all our emails, not sent us a payment plan or informed us in any way how or when we will receive the money. We have constantly had to chase them up, even to get the small amount of money we did. They kept apologizing then promising they would look into it, then radio silence and then they wouldn't actually look into it or help us get our money back. Terrible company and terrible service. Seeing some of the positive reviews below it's difficult to believe it's the same company. We are thousands of pounds in debt and stressed, which is why we bought out the warranty to avoid.

Awful communication- He kept changing what documents I needed to provide stating I haven't provided him with the correct documents. Numerous very unprofessional and aggressive phone calls later I was finally approved.

From the start, FCC Paragon have been very professional and efficient in helping me renew my warranty insurance. I would happily work with them again. They provide a five star service!

So aparently i have a CCJ of 928£ that i didnt know( gone on the wrong adress).this company just gave me a adverse credit record and now me, my wife and daughter have nowere to stay, despite the fact that we payd every single thing in time, no eviction, good refference from the previous landlord,etc.Thank you FCC Paragon for ruining families and providing more homelesness in London.

A very helpful product for landlords. In recent dealings in adding a new investment to the portal Danielle Russell has been amazing. Very patient and helpful. Whilst the other portal is as difficult to navigate Danielle helped with great professionalism. Thanks

Using Paragon has drastically increased our productivity during new lets as we no longer need to worry about our referencing in house! Paragon have taken the stress away and always deliver outstanding service. Paragon keep us informed throughout a referencing application and are always on hand to offer advice and answer our questions.
Their customer liaison manager, Steve Cox, has always been outstanding and helpful.

FCC Paragon are always a pleasure to deal with, they contact me well before my contract needs to be renewed (both email and a call). Service is friendly and professional. Would happily recommend.

My paperwork was lost when I used their online forms to submit them. Advisor was rude and blunt, said I didn’t have enough records after re sending 4+ months of payslips, saving records and bank statements as well as offering to provide a guarantor. (Was also told there was no point in using a guarantor by staff) Did not explain any of the processes of rectifying minor issues with paperwork. Only positive was the support from Mollie, but that didn’t take away from the shocking customer received by other colleagues.

I’m currently undergoing referencing checks and the whole process is awful and stressful. It’s supposed to be fast but I’m seriously afraid I’ll be homeless next week as well as lose my holding deposit. They have gathered all the required information and keep on asking for more and more. I have been renting for 6 years and never had any issues, I have a great credit score, no ccj and a clean dbs, yet it’s taking weeks to complete my referencing with them. I’ve given them 3 months of bank statements and payslips, have showed them proof of my savings that cover over 9 months of rent of top of my salary. They’re communicating back and forth with my employer for unnecessary information such as my training period at work (which does not affect my pay or my probation period) making it extremely embarrassing for me to chase. My employers sent them two references and assured me FCC Paragon shouldn’t need any more information for a throughout check, yet they are asking for more information. It’s starting to feel like they are trying to get information for other purposes. If your letting agency is using this company, I’d suggest you look somewhere else!
