I want to return the dress I bought but the email address listed doesn't work
Update:
Someone got in touch explaining that the email was temporarily not working.
Things however got worse as to return ANY ITEM, you must send it to CHINA and pay for the postage. I have just paid £25.90 to return a dress than was less then £40
The things that I have to mention is price which is lower than I expected.
Everything went well from start to finish. It arrived as expected, and the process felt smooth. I'd use them again.
There was a look icon on the SSL checkout page. Did not enter details, but instead used Paypal.
It was comfortable to wear and the materials was nice.

I ordered the maxi flower dress kinda last minute and it turned out really nice. The fabric feels soft and flowy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Shipping was free which I liked but it did take a bit longer than expected. Still happy with it overall
