I ordered a hoodie from their website on October 3rd, 2025, and over a month later, I still haven’t received any response or update. I’ve sent four emails and submitted their contact form multiple times, but I’ve been completely ignored.
As someone who regularly shops online, I understand that delays can happen, but I’ve never experienced customer service this unresponsive. At this point, I feel entirely dismissed as a customer.
I’m posting this review in hopes it finally gets their attention, because all other attempts at contact have been met with silence.

If you're okay with not receiving a response via email for up to three weeks then be my guest and order from here.
I ordered a pair of tracksuit jogging bottoms. Was returned to them on the 12th December. They communicated okay the first two emails (one for giving me the return address then two with they will send out my order). It is now the 28th of December and I have been completely ignored. Shut out. I have sent several emails and am getting no luck whatsoever.
I honestly think I won't be getting my exchange or refund at all. Be mindful when ordering from this business. I am highly disappointed and upset.
I see from their instagram that they definitely prioritise celebrities and known peoples orders over the average working class human.

Ordered a jacket, fit was awful. Returned.
Sale item so no refund they stated only credit. Fair enough I accepted credit.
Took almost a month to get the gift card as they barely respond. Order a shirt and tracksuit bottoms. They only ship the shirt. Back and forth they stated bottoms was out of stock. Informed them for another credit or refund.
They ignore. Customer service. Awful. They lie & ignore. If you’re thinking of purchasing just avoid. Ain’t worth the hassle if your size is incorrect or items not in stock/returns. Not everyone can run a business.

Perfect Tshirt
Quick delivery, the Tshirt is a perfect oversized fit with good material, wore it on the weekend and got loads of compliments and people even wanting to take a picture of the quote on the back lol.

T-shirt was not properly folded
T-shirt was not properly folded. Was like as if it had just been bundled up and chucked in the bag. Pretty disappointing considering the cost of the t-shirt.

It’s not your fault but the courier fault but I have tried reaching out to you guys multiple times and you’ve not gotten back to me at all i ordered a t shirt and I put the right address down and it got sent to a whole other address and I still ain’t got my order this was this month as well my money has gone to waste 😪
