Tracy was incredibly helpful and helped me find a choice of jeans and jeggings to trywhilst helping other customers and showing a new staff member the ropes. Nothing was too much trouble. I find the staff in Fatface very attentive and helpful and friendly every time I go in the shop. Cannot fault them

I saw chinos in the sale , not my size , a staff member gave me the stock number , I ordered online paid , delivery took 3 days. Very happy .
