Friendly and always efficient
Always efficient. I order and pay online and collect from my local store. The people in the shop are friendly and efficient. The goods are always good quality. I can't resist the socks.

Everyone needs a Dionne
Everyone needs a Dionne when they are looking for an outfit. Just had a personal shopping experience with her at the Wimborne branch and she is amazing. I live in jeans and jumpers, she managed to coax me out of those and into outfits for a couple of big events that I feel comfortable in. Nothing was too much trouble and she managed to get everything in plus size petite for me. Go and see her if you need a wardrobe upgrade.

The staff at wimborne are helpful and cheerful (which is rare in many shops now)
I also like that (at 5') they have a good selection of shorter length dresses (also extremely rare in most shops), so I bought two as they looked great

I ordered a Sussex jacket on line.
I ordered a Sussex jacket on line to be delivered to my local Fat Face. It was delivered before the estimated time of a week and I had a couple of emails keeping me informed. I picked it up from the store with no problems. The ordering and delivery was seamless and I absolutely love the jacket which is good quality, fits well and is stylish and I love the collar with a hood inside.
