FatFace offers good-quality clothes and online ordering is simple with a convenient click-and-collect option. The staff at the Whitstable store are friendly and helpful, even suggesting trying items before leaving, which saved me a return trip. However, the delivery costs are quite high, especially when spending a significant amount. While the service and product quality are solid, the prices can feel a bit steep.

I ordered a linen shirt on line & picked it up at my local store. I tried it on & it is a great fit but the staff said if I needed a different size there would be no problem in changing it. And all with a smile 😃

FatFace clothes are always good quality. Ordering online is simple and I have never had an issue. Should something not fit returning is easy.
My local store in Whitstable Kent is great and the staff are very helpful.

Great quality clothing
Easy to order on line. Email updates when my order was ready to collect and very easy to collect from the store who had lovely friendly and efficient staff. I bought a great quality dress which fits perfectly. Would highly recommend Fatface clothing.

Lovely blouse ,but thought it was white…
Lovely blouse ,but thought it was white not cream .it fits well and looks lovely on ,so I am keeping it .I picked it up from my local store and the assistant wasn't friendly at all she didn't speak ,so her customer service wasn't good .

Black Jeans
I wanted a long length in some black jeans, but shop only had standard. The assistant was helpful and said that I could order online, and that I would save postage if they were delivered to the shop. I did order online, but there was no provision to collect at the shop and I had to pay postage. However, the jeans had to be returned as I was not happy with the fit.

Extremely annoying that you don’t cater…
Extremely annoying that you don’t cater in store for larger women size 24 /and above. and that I have to go online to purchase and then wait for delivery ( I prefer to shop the high street and keep it alive but have to order online instead ) I would have bought more items if they were in store as sometimes I like them the same day
It’s a shame as when I do get them the clothes are very good quality and fit really well. Plus although my store is small it’s a lovely shop and staff very friendly .I don’t know if this applies to other Fatface stores
