Excellent customer service
I originally ordered jeans online but went into Shrewsbury to exchange them as they didn’t fit. As ever the staff in town were super helpful. I always leave that shop with a smile. A lot of retailers could look to the team in Fat Face for how to get it right.

Clothes are great but Payapal returns NFG
Clothes are great, but I had to return an item and the Shrewsbury shop refused to take it as I had paid via PayPal, I had to take it back home repackage and then back up town to the post office.
I did read the return info, no warning re PayPal.

I have contacted the store and informed them that they should have indeed refund your order. So please accept my apologises on a wasted journey.
If there is anything else we can support with, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service team customerservices@fatface.com or call us on 0330 124 0000 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm and we can assist you further. JB
