Excellent shopping experience
I bought items for my grandson online. Arrived very quickly, excellent quality as always. Unfortunately my daughter and I had duplicated our choices so I returned two items and exchanged them at a shop. I have an eye condition and struggle with the small print on the labels, very helpful assistant who took time to help me and show me various alternatives I could purchase. Again, excellent products and my grandson loves them.

She was warm, friendly, kind and giving great advice. It was probably the best service that I have every received in any store ever. The other members of the staff were fantastic, but sadly didn’t catch their name. The store was well organised, efficient, excellent stock available and didn’t have to wait long to paid

Karen
Karen took care of my elderly hubby. Seating him and chatting to him when she could between looking after customers. This left me free to browse the shop. Then helped with advice on my choices and took us to the till and served us so we didn’t have to stand for a long period of time. And all done in a polite and friendly manner which helped us to have a great experience. Thank you Karen from Mary Wood Author.

Great service!
Pleasant store to shop in. I found a lovely dress and was then shown a cardigan that would complement it beautifully by Gillian (one of the store assistants). Nice spacious changing rooms. The quality and fit of the items were perfect. I will definitely shop there again.

Easy to use site and order. Quality packing and delivery and return policy as I had to exchange sizes so ordered the new ones on a store and returned there. As always though sizes run a bit larger than usual

Great products at a great price
Great products at a great price! The sizing is always spot on, we have never sent an item back. The delivery could be more precise time-wise as it can be just before the arrival.
Finally the originality of designs made anyone stand out in the crowd.
