FatFace - RHOSNEIGR Anmeldelser

My go to fave brand! Rhosneigr shop may be small but the staff member is the most helpful & friendly! Welsh speaking too!👌

Came to Fat face Rhosniger on Saturday it was a lovely shop with very friendly staff, I was clean and tidy with no complaints, I would definitely recommend! Special thanks to Adrian for the help ! Worth a visit !

I bought a pair of sunglasses recently from the Fat Face Store in Rhosneigr. The shop assistant (Rhys) overheard me speaking Welsh to my son and he started speaking in Welsh to me and gave me advice as to which glasses suited me the best. He was very friendly and helpful, as too was his female colleague! Lovely to see Fat Face employing local bilingual people as shops and businesses in tourist hotpots often forget that local people like to use the shops too! Diolch!

Staff were very helpful. A lovely store to visit.

I recently shopped in a FatFace shop in Rhosneigr. A very friendly Welsh speaking Manager who was extremely helpful. Would definitely return to the shop.

The customer service from Hannah and Rhys at fatface Rhosneigr is excellent. They were extremely busy but the shop was immaculate and they were assisting and advising customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
Thanks so much

Mor braf cael gwasanaeth Cymraeg yn siop Rhosneigr! Excellent service from Rhys.

I am on holiday in Rhosneigr, where I come regularly. As always, I visit Fatface and this time I have bought 4 garments - Rhys helped me the first time, when I purchased a coat, a hoodie and a t-shirt. I returned the following day for a different t-shirt and was helped by the Deputy Manager.
As always, both members of staff were honest in their opinion, knowledgeable, professional and friendly - it's always a joy to shop there.
I am always impressed by the quality of the fabrics, the way the clothes are made and the ethical policy of the company.
Many thanks,
Angela Boreham

Thank you Rhys.
Alwsys a pleasure shopping at FF Rhosneigr. Being local in a tourist area is not always ‘pleasant’ in terms of shopping experience but having the mantra of looking after local visitors no doubt keeps the business going when the tourists aren’t around in the winter months!
Diolch.

Had a wonderdul experience buying at Fat Face Rhosneigr.
Rhys the manager was very helpful and professional.
I went to this shop a few days later, and Jonathan was also very professional.

I always end up buying something in FatFace, and today was no exception at the Rhosneigr store. Particularly as the service and advice I received by Rhys was so helpful, practical and uplifting! A lovely branch, and excellent staff!

The two staff in the shop Adrian and Carol were super helpful answering my questions and helping with some of my own university work - plus the shop was very tidy and inviting

Customer service was great, really friendly and accommodating. My dog was made welcome and given treats!
Great products too!

I came into fat face exploring Rhosneigr whilst on holiday, it turned into my own mini fashion show! Adrian had no end of helpful recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the area and handed me a list of his own suggestions of things to do during my time here. Couldn’t have hoped for a better shopping experience. A hundred thousand stars for this shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
