The trousers and tops from FatFace are my favourites and I always collect from Paddinton station whi is very convenient for me.

Recently, I encountered an issue with an online order that left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. However, Fawzi stepped in and handled the situation with extraordinary patience, professionalism, and respect. From the moment I approached him, it was evident that he was genuinely concerned about my predicament. He listened intently, asked insightful questions, and made it a priority to fully understand my issue before working towards a resolution.

What truly sets Fawzi apart is my familiarity with his exceptional customer service skills; this is not the first time I have witnessed him adeptly managing similar situations. I have seen him assist other customers with the same level of care and efficiency, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and respected. His unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch service is impressively consistent and speaks volumes about his character.

Fawzi is unquestionably an invaluable asset to the company. His sharp intellect, impressive problem-solving abilities, and calming demeanor left a lasting impression on me. I was genuinely surprised to discover that he wasn’t in a higher managerial position. With his skill set and natural leadership qualities, it seems only fitting that he should be recognized and elevated within the organization.

So here I am, sharing my positive experience in hopes that the company recognizes how fortunate they are to have someone like Fawzi on their team—a true gem in the world of customer service.

I was loooking to buy a Snood. I saw one on the Fatface website. I ordered it for collection from the Paddington Station store. I was kept fully informed about the order. It arrived in a couple of days. I collected it and was given a nice Fatface Christmas bag. Very good service. Thank you.

Friendly helpful staff. Greeted as soon as I entered to pick up something ordered online. Staff checked my info quickly & asked if I wanted a bag to put my items in since it was raining. Staff thanked me & said bye. Good service. Professional staff.

I'm a new customer, ordered online, delivery came so quick, and some items I ordered the wrong size, so I went to the store and returned, staff so lovely and helpful 😀

Quick, efficient and painless - I placed the order on 17 March and it was ready to collect on 19 March, importantly at any time convenient for me because the store keeps it for several days. So much easier on the nerves than home delivery. My (fairly) local store is in Paddington Station, so presumably is very handy for commuters too.

Great quality product, lovely and warm. In-store delivery was faster than expected - just 2 days.

The jumper and top are fine. But when I went to collect the first time on Sunday, the staff were unable to hand them over as the stock room was locked and the person who had the key wouldn't be there for another hour. I had to return on a different day.

Love the quality and cut of the clothes sold at fatface. Excellent value for money.
I wish they would accept cash in their stores. I would have bought more if they did.
