Good afternoon Diane!
I am so happy to read what a positive experience you had in the Oxford store. I will be sure to pass this on to the wonderful team.
Have a great day DW
Using PayPal means you cannot return to store for a refund
Not ideal that you cannot take a product back to a shop if you bought it online using PayPal. Wasted trip to Oxford yesterday to be told this. ( the return slip says you can take back to a store!)
If you have an issue make it obvious online and we can use another payment method so we can take back to store for a refund if needed
