Ordered the orla blouse 22/03/25, delayed in delivery, beginning of April then stated I was being refunded, the following day it said it was ready for collection in store, to be told on 5th April that they hadn’t had delivery and it would be refunded. Such a let down

Beautiful clothes that fit lovely
Had been in the store and their sizes fit perfectly so ordered more from the website. The staff in store was very helpful.
