Always happy with my FatFace shop wether on line or in store.
The store is always well presented, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly efficient and helpful.
On this occasion, I was actually returning an item for exchange as I had purchased the wrong size 2 days earlier. It was all very straight forward. (And this time I tried it on :)

What lovely service I received in here . Friendly and helpful . They were really interested in what I wanted and went out their way to show me items they thought I would like . They took time to ask me my style and colours I liked . 10 out of 10 .

Terrible experiance
Terrible experiance. I ordered a hoodie on 8th June 2025, meant to be delivered to the shop in a few days but received an e-mail that delivery is delayed. Went to the shop to check in person, the shop assistant checked with the customer service and they don't have that hoodie in a werehouse and they have no idea when it could be shipped from the supplier. We ordered it so we have a present for Father's Day (on 15th June), and we had to buy something else instead. Still no news about our order. Why offer delivery to be ready for a pick up in a couple of days if the item is not even available? Absolute joke and a terrible service. Not the Ely shop's fault. It's the online ordering service that lacks any organisation and knowledge about their own stock.

I saw the trousers I wanted online and bought them, to be delivered to my local store. They were readily available when I went to collect them. Very friendly staff.

I bought a batch of shirts
I bought a batch of shirts. These are solid in quite thick fabric, comfy but not soft, and in a unique set of colours : almost pastel reds and pastel blues, and also their check patterns. I really like them.

I had a great experience at the FatFace…
I had a great experience at the FatFace store in Ely. The shop is well-organized, with a great choice of high-quality clothes, and the friendly staff really stand out. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, even assisting with an online order when something wasn’t available in-store. The process was smooth, and the service came with a smile. While there was a small issue with using a discount card in-store, the online deals made up for it. Overall, fantastic service, and I’ll definitely visit again!

This purchase is a Christmas present, I did look at the boots (which were delivered ahead of schedule) they look very well made and feel a quality product, I'm sure my partner will like them
The staff at the Ely store are a credit to the fat face brand, the store didn't have the correct size in stock but were extremely helpful nevertheless and advised me to check online for home delivery, this is how I purchased the boot's
I will definitely be revisiting the store in the future.
