FatFace - EASTBOURNE Anmeldelser 

I want to give a huge shout out to Zara (manager) and Lottie at the Eastbourne FatFace store.
They both go over and beyond by being welcoming, professional, hard working and a shinning example of what FaceFace philosophy is about.
As soon as I entered the store, they were smiling and approachable.
Today they both were my personal shoppers, giving advice on my beautiful purchases.
Visiting Eastbourne FatFace after a hard week at work, is my retail therapy.

Easy to order website, simple collection process and excellent product.

We regularly go to Eastbourne, where our nearest Fat face shop is, so I asked for my purchase to be delivered there. This was a mistake on my part, as being in a wheelchair caused me to be invisible to the shop assistant, who was watching another assistant serve a customer, but stopped when another customer approached the till. This lady advised her of my presence, I was less than 4 feet away. Do you have a policy against serving disabled customers!

Eastbourne Branch staff and stock Great. Online they are a bit iffy to say the least. Their parent company Next who are next door to them in Eastbourne same applies except their online service is a total disaster.
So my advice use the shops and skip the online disaster zones

Ordered online, very quick delivery to local Fatface store -not worn the coat yet but it looks fab on and bought at a great price

Easy to order and collect in store. Friendly welcoming staff when collecting. Good to be able to try on in store once collected. Lovely jumper, perfect fit, good quality.

Ordered on line, notified when ready for collection, collected the next day, can't fault it

I don't usually order clothes online, but decided to do so, as there is a shop nearby where I could click and collect and return if necessary. In the event the trousers arrived punctually and fitted perfectly, so no need to return. Also very pleased with the quality.

It has not been delivered to the store for me to pick up yet..

Quality products and excellent service

Easy website and ordered for click and collect. It's arrived on time and we're nice. Unfortunately one item hadn't been checked properly and was very discoloured so had to obtain refund. Suggest that all items are checked before dispatch. Staff in store helpful.

The woman who served me was rude and impatient! She seemed preoccupied and gave no eye contact or even crack a smile! She has blonde short hair, very tall with lots of tattoos

Beautifully made, well designed clothes. I do think the sizing is "off". As a size 10-12 in most outlets, I generally take an 8 at FatFace, so do factor in a bit of vanity sizing when ordering.
I have done instore and click and collect purchases, and never any problems.

Absolutely delighted with my new fat face "Sutton" Jeans. It's so difficult to find 100% cotton jeans with no stretch and these are perfect for me! Perfect length too and great fit. We're in sale so extra good value. Order was delivered to store for me to collect and I was keep informed well.

Friendly, helpful staff in Eastbourne, plenty of stock. I bought three tops, and tried a dress, but decided I needed the next size.

I sent away for the dress, and was impressed with the quick response and delivery.
