Ordering from Fatface online
Ordering from Fatface online is so easy, I usually collect from my local Fatface in Dorking. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Any returns are done in store, and refund is immediate, not post back and wait a week, like some other retailers.

Love Fatface
As always great service from Fatface online and also in their shop in my home town.
Their “basic” range of clothes- organic T-shirts and soft cotton goo have been staples in my wardrobe for years. They wash and wear extremely well

Helpful staff, quality products
Helpful staff, good quality products. Given how many Fat Face stores there are, I don't often see other people wearing the clothes I have bought so they seem to freshen up their ranges often. I always find the staff in store pleasant and friendly. Also they always welcome my dog with a treat!

Ordered a collection for my dad's bday,
Website was easy to navigate, clothes were of great quality and the service at the store was quick and easy too!
Only 4/5 cause I wish it was a tad cheaper but otherwise it's grand.

The online service provided by Fatface is excellent, including a helpful response from the Customer Service team when I had a problem with a delivery which was not the company’s fault.
The FatFace crew in Dorking store provides first class service. It’s fun to shop there, the team led by a knowledgeable and patient young lady assist everyone with a smile and in an efficient response to queries.

FatFace has always been my go to shop
FatFace has always been my go to shop. I love their ethos and style. There clothes are well made and don't fall apart at the drop of a hat. If you choose timeless styles that you love, you will be wearing them happily for years and that's got to be good for the planet!!
