I have been buying Fat Face clothes for over 30 yearits always good quality and fits well. As always the staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

I love fat face and literally all my clothes are from your shop but I could have bought several dresses today inc Aubrey vine and Vivvie if it wasn’t for the gapping cross over on the bust area. Being big busted we need more than one button at the top to stop it from gapping maybe a couple more down the slope area. Also the fabric on the Stevie dress behind the buttons need to be wider so we don’t flash our girls. I literally could have spent a fortune yesterday. Also Rachel in your Bristol Cribbs Causeway store is amazing every time I go in there. She’s always so helpful and goes out of her way to find me clothing she thinks will suit me and always gives me honest opinions on outfits I true on. You need more staff like her.

My size wasn't in store so they checked for me whether my size was available online (which it was). I ordered the correct one and collected in store a few days later. Easy!

I ordered a sweatshirt.
I ordered a sweatshirt on a Wednesday and I was able to pick it up the following Monday. The sale price was good and the sweatshirt is good too.

Genuine customer service
The woman serving me, I think her name was Lucinda, was so lovely and made some very compassionate comments about my grandads funeral which meant a lot. Due to this customer service I will be shopping here again!

In store the assistant checked stock and went out of her way to be helpful. The sales assistant ordered both jumpers which arrived over the weekend.

I usually shop online but wanted to see what tops were available for hubby for Christmas. Always love Fat Face clothes and I'm like a kid in a candy store walking round the shop! Found far too many clothes I liked but managed to resist and bought hubby a great top ☺️
